START WITH YOUR OPERATION

Different needs. A scope that fits.

Some callcenters have their own projects. Others need opportunities, sales support, implementation or help bringing everything together. We discuss the actual need before defining the work.

We need project opportunities.

We discuss your team’s languages, relevant experience and operational readiness, then assess suitable opportunities within the project portfolio. Existing projects can also be part of the conversation.

We have projects and want to improve sales.

Support can focus on sales approach, agent training, management routines and workflows. The starting point is the gap between how the operation works today and what you want to improve.

We need systems or implementation support.

The assignment can focus on VoIP, dialer, CRM or workstation requirements and agreed setup, testing and handover. You do not need a new project to discuss system support.

Get in touch
Can our business outsource customer service or sales through Novdal?

Tell us what you need your customer-service or sales operation to handle. We document the requirements, assess callcenter capabilities and coordinate a suitable arrangement. You stay in contact with Novdal for preparation, questions and follow-up.

Does Novdal run the call-center operation itself?

Novdal develops project relationships and coordinates partnerships, advice, training and agreed implementation support. Callcenter partners handle customer interactions and daily staffing according to the engagement.

Do we need a new project to work with Novdal?

No. You may already have projects and only need sales support, training, workflow advice or systems implementation. We discuss what is missing, what you want to change and whether a focused assignment or broader support is suitable.

Are inbound and outbound projects both part of the portfolio?

Inbound and outbound both fall within Novdal’s partnership and support services. We discuss the requirements, partner fit and possible approach for each engagement.

Who provides the data, systems and training?

These responsibilities are agreed per project. Project providers or designated suppliers may provide data and calling systems. Novdal can support training and preparation within the agreed scope.

How does Novdal stay involved when there is a quality issue?

We raise the concern directly with the relevant management, clarify the expectations and follow up on agreed corrective actions. We also help the project provider and call-center owner understand each other’s requirements. The actual responsibilities and escalation arrangements are agreed for the engagement.

Who helps if a calling system stops working?

Novdal can help investigate VoIP, access or workflow issues within the agreed scope and coordinate escalation to the responsible technology provider. Support availability and responsibilities are agreed before starting; continuous uptime is not promised.

How are payment questions handled?

Commercial administration and payments run through Novdal under the applicable agreements. Before work starts, we clarify invoicing, payment dates, approval criteria, deductions and cancellation conditions. Questions and discrepancies are followed up with the relevant party. Payment is not guaranteed independently of those agreements.
