Who is responsible
Yunus Emre Orakci manages this website under the name Novdal and is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or privacy requests, email info@novdal.com.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. You may also provide your company name, service languages, delivery countries, expected volume and preferred start date. We use this information to understand your request, respond and discuss possible next steps. Please do not include identity documents, sensitive information or customer records.
Permission and purposes
The enquiry form asks for your permission to store and use your details to handle your request. This permission does not subscribe you to marketing. You may withdraw it by emailing info@novdal.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Necessary technical security processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse; legal obligations may require us to retain particular records.
Service providers
Our hosting and email provider, 20i, processes website traffic and enquiry emails. A customer relationship management provider receives submitted enquiry details and the recorded permission to support follow-up. Cloudflare provides network protection, form verification and optional website statistics. We do not sell your enquiry details or automatically pass your message to prospective project or callcenter partners.
International processing
These providers use international infrastructure and subprocessors. Information may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United Kingdom and United States. Their published data-processing terms describe the applicable transfer arrangements, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence and contact records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. We consider whether the discussion is still active, whether records are needed for an agreement, and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires retention. We delete or anonymise information once it is no longer needed for these purposes. Temporary records used to forward an enquiry to the relationship management service are removed after successful transfer, or become eligible for removal after seven days at the next cleanup. This does not automatically delete the email or relationship management record.
Website statistics and form security
Optional statistics receive technical browser, page-view and performance information only after you allow them in Cookie preferences. Your form message is not sent to analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser, device and connection information to protect the form against automated abuse. This security check operates independently of optional statistics. We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw permission. Email info@novdal.com and include your enquiry reference if available. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity; do not send an identity document unless it is needed and a suitable method has been agreed. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens where applicable.
